About me

Lila Vair (she/her) is a multimedia animator, arts educator, writer and all around creative pursuing her BFA in Animation with a minor in Creative Writing at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (grad. 2026). Hailing from San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Lila currently bounces between Boston, MA and Saint John, NB, Canada. Her work focuses on telling stories of friendships, immigration, mythology and magical everyday moments. She seeks to emphasize an appreciation for the natural world, kindness for each other, and community strength. When she is not drawing characters or typing away Lila can be found onstage in Grease or original play Who Killed Mouthy? She also enjoys scuba diving and history. Most recently her short film “Starborn” was featured in Boston’s Silver Screens film festival.
